This seems very similar to Google Docs which I have used before. I am really not sure what the differences may be. I have used Google Docs in the past. My partner and I used it for a group project since we are in different parts of the country, we were able to work on the project without emailing back and forth.
My husband and I have the privledge to teach in the same district and we work together on a movie project with students. We were able to have the script writing team use google docs. We could oversee and the students could all access whenever they had a chance and all be up to date.
I think that this applicaiton would be ridicuously usefull to a small business or even a large on, especially with the tag folders option. There would be no need for a local network for document storage or sharing, you would only need internet access.
In a classroom, the ability to do group work as mentioned above is greatly enhansed. Also, the need for a flash drive or disk is reduced.
